Changing the Agent character

Choosing a character

To select the agent you want to use with StoryHarp, use the Settings | Agent Character menu item to bring up a dialog that will let you select the Agent character file (*.acs).

Microsoft characters

Microsoft distributes three Agent characters: a genie, a wizard, and a robot. You can download these from Microsoft and use them with StoryHarp. Each is around a three megabyte download. If you are intrepid, you can create your own characters using the character editor available from the Agent web site.

StoryHarp characters

We have included three simple characters with StoryHarp: a harp, a swan, and a smiley face. These are much less sophisticated than the agents Microsoft provides, but they are also very small files. This keeps the StoryHarp package size small for quick downloading.
