Resizing plants
To resize one or more plants,
Select the plants. Make sure selection rectangles are showing. If the Show Selection Rectangles option is turned off in the Options menu, turn it on. On the focused plant, click in the resizing square at the upper right hand corner of the selection rectangle and drag. All selected plants will resize along with the focused plant. You can also resize the selected plants by holding down the Control and Shift keys on your keyboard and pressing the up or down arrow keys. (You can do this even if the selection rectangles are not showing.) Tips on resizing If resizing is very slow or jerky when you resize multiple plants, just resize one plant at a time. Special considerations for viewing options If the Show Focused Plant Only option is on in the Options menu, you cannot resize plants because they don't have selection rectangles, and because they automatically resize to fit the drawing area when you select them. Turn off this option when you want to resize plants. |
