Changing breeding variationYou can change how much variation is introduced during breeding by choosing low, medium, high, or custom variation. To set the breeding variation to low, medium or high,Choose one of the menu items in the breeder Variation menu (Low, Medium, or High). The Low choice produces 20% mutation; the Medium choice produces 60% mutation; and the High choice produces 100% mutation and adds random changing of colors and 3D objects. To set your own breeding options for variation, Choose Custom from the breeder Variation menu and make your choices in the Breeding Options window that appears. The tasks below explain how to change specific items in the Breeding Options window. You can customize breeding by changing the strength of mutation, the blending mix between two breeding parents, and how the breeder handles non-numeric parameters like yes/no parameters.
