Turning button and parameter hints on and off
To turn on or off the hints that appear over buttons and other interface items,
 Choose Show Long Button Hints from the Options menu.
To turn on or off the hints that appear over the parameter panels on the
Parameters tab section of the main window,
Choose Show Parameter Hints from the Options menu.
